Provides clerical support to Department Heads and medical team. 1 year of experience with business office applications required Building Maintenance Superintendent – full-time unclassified position. Supervises maintenance workers, responsible for capital planning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure facility complies with life safety standards. 3 years of experience with various maintenance trades (i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, grounds keeping and HVAC) and 1 year of supervisory experience required. Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional full-time unclassified position. Responsible for managing a caseload of individuals which may include children aged 10 through 17. Some early morning, evenings and week-ends required. 1 year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and a bachelor level degree in human services field required. Residential Care Supervisor Supervises a group of direct care staff. Shift assignment may vary. Includes working week-ends and holidays. 2 years of experience providing direct care required. Transportation Manager A local non-profit in Findlay is looking for a Transportation Manager within our Hancock Area Transportation Services (HATS) department to be a member of our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordination, supervision, and training of assigned HATS driving staff. Manage vehicle fleet and coordinate all necessary vehicle maintenance. Ensure fund source compliance requirements are kept up-to-date. Assist with driving, dispatching/ scheduling and administrative duties as assigned. Maintain on-call status for after-hour emergencies as assigned. Minimum Experience: One (1) year supervisory experience and one (1) year experience driving motor vehicle for service, preferably within a transportation program operated under ODOT guidelines. Must obtain Train the Trainer Certification, per funding source guidelines, within two (2) years of hire. Must have experience interviewing and on-boarding candidates. Must be able to demonstrate data entry and keyboarding skills. Experience in answering a multi-line phone system while keying data into software program is required. Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of computer systems/MS software, data entry and keyboard functions. Must be able to demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills. Must have ability to operate a two-way radio. Skills test will be required pre-employment. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, maintain state minimum amount of automobile liability insurance as well as the ability to meet and maintain all funding source requirements.
